Privacy
This site does not use tracking cookies. A small browser-storage prompt lets you choose whether to save your theme and shortlist between visits. If you choose No, those features work only for the current page and are not saved. Personal data is collected in exactly 1 place: the contact form, when you choose to send it.
The contact form
Sending the form transmits your name, email address, chosen topic and message to the UX Shortlist team's inbox ([email protected]). We use it to answer you and for nothing else: no marketing lists, no resale, no enrichment. Form submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile to filter bots; Turnstile runs its check without tracking cookies. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months so corrections have a paper trail, then delete it. To see or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected] and we will do it within 30 days.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. We see aggregate page views and referrers, never a profile of you. Outbound clicks on agency links increment an anonymous per-agency counter; no IP, cookie or identifier is stored with it.
The Shortlist tray
If you accept browser storage, your theme and shortlisted agencies are saved in your browser's localStorage. That data never leaves your device, we cannot see it, and clearing your browser data removes it. If you choose No, shortlist changes stay only in memory on the current page. Your rights
Under GDPR, CCPA and similar laws you can request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, object to processing, and complain to your local authority. The only data we are likely to hold is email correspondence; request handling is the same either way: write to [email protected].
