Send UX Shortlist an agency to consider. There is no application fee, placement fee, or paid ranking. Every candidate is reviewed against the same published evidence standards; submitting a request does not guarantee inclusion or a particular rank.
What to send
A concise, source-linked note is easiest to review. Include:
- Your agency's official website and the countries or markets you serve.
- A Clutch profile link, if you have 1.
- 1 or 2 named client projects with a public case-study link and a checkable detail about the work.
- The shortlist category where you think the work is most relevant.
Primary sources help us verify claims. Please do not send confidential client material.
How review works
We check the agency's own site and available Clutch profile, then assess named work against the shortlist's criteria. Firms only appear where their verified work fits, and their order comes from the same rubric used for every listed agency. There is no fast-track option or paid placement. The publisher makes the final roster decision; new evidence can change a ranking only after it is verified.
